I never set a goal unless it seems impossible to achieve. This process makes me focus on the goal. Now! Makes the goal seem worthy of pursuit. A plan is formed and action is taken. Plans are modified as the goal is pursued. The deadline is not as important as the energetic pursuit of it.
In society, it often seems that everyone wants money, yet everyone assumes the “rich” are greedy, evil, or doing something illegal. However, there is a big different between greed and prosperity. Some of the rich are one, and some are the other. Greed means you get what you want no matter the cost to others. Prosperity means you are blessed with gain by helping others.
